A decision-maker in every working session. Access to the people and the data the question actually depends on. And decisions made at the pace of the engagement.
HOW LONG IT TAKES
It depends on the engagement and the ask, and timelines flex. When the timeline is short, the first conversation is about priorities and what can realistically be accomplished inside it, so nobody is surprised in week three.
WHO ELSE SHOWS UP
I bring in specialist support, which could include design, production, community management, etc., as the problem requires. I brief them, I direct them, and I stay accountable for what they make.
WHAT YOU’RE LEFT WITH
What you’re left with could include a playbook, detailed hand-offs, or detailed walkthroughs with whoever is taking over. The final materials are built for the people who will continue the work, so it keeps running after the engagement ends.
WHERE I’M NOT THE RIGHT FIT
Volume at a low price. Off-the-shelf frameworks. A large account team. Or a single deck, when what’s needed is a decision.
THE FIT CALL
Thirty minutes. We talk about the problem you’re trying to solve, what’s been tried, who decides, and when it needs to exist. By the end I’ll tell you whether it’s a fit and which kind of engagement it is. If we agree it’s a mutual fit, from there I’d build a proposal for your review and alignment. It’s a conversation, not a sales pitch.
