The global strategy established and elevated ongoing global content, campaigns, and initiatives including , integrated product launches, brand heritage campaigns, evergreen content, how-to videos, influencer programming, and a global style guide. Every initiative was informed by retail data, semiotic analysis of owned and competitive global and local content and trends, and supplemental consumer, category, consumer, and cultural research.

Launched Kiehl’s first global educational video strategy

Created test & learn approach for global “How To” videos for Kiehl’s Since 1851, leading to analysis of best practices and streamlined creative process for development of How-To videos for every product launch, ingredient story, and skincare concern based on Google and YouTube search trends. These how-to videos are now shared not only in social, but on Kiehl’s e-commerce product pages and retailer sites including Sephora.com.


Kiehl’s Global Social Media Creative Style Guide

Disseminated to all of Kiehl’s 40+ local markets, these guidelines included art + copy instructions including branding treatments, do’s and don’ts for product, heritage, customer service, influencer, lifestyle, ingredient, and texture imagery.
